SAILs Navigate

SEND and EHCP Consultancy

We specialise in securing statutory funding (EHCP, EOTAS, NHS continuing healthcare and LA provision) and assembling multi-disciplinary packages for litigation-funded, settled cases and Local Authority clients. Rapid mobilisation, clinical rigour, and statutory expertise.

What We do

SAILs Navigate is the specialist case-management arm of SAILs. We are not a generalist health & social care provider — our core expertise is obtaining and defending statutory funding and commissioning the right education, health and care provision for young people and adults following brain or complex injury. We work closely with legal teams and appointed case managers to make statutory routes operational and auditable.

WHY SEND and EHCP Consultancy?

  • Expedient

Statutory systems are complex and time-sensitive — we remove delay and protect clinical entitlement.

  • Outcome Focussed

We translate medico-legal strategy into statutorily compliant, costed provision.

  • Secure Provision

We prioritise statutory funding routes where appropriate (EHCPs, EOTAS, NHS Continuing Healthcare, LA packages) before commissioning private alternatives.

Our Services

  • We map eligibility, draft evidence briefs, prepare statutory requests, and advocate at assessments and reviews to secure EHCPs, NHS continuing healthcare and LA funding.

  • Statutory timetable management, provision mapping, EHCP content drafting, review preparation, and where needed commissioning of EOTAS packages that embed therapy and education.

  • We support CHC eligibility pathways: clinical evidence collation, multi-disciplinary input and representation at funding panels.

  • Costed, defensible care plans aligned to case strategy; concise update packs and auditable decision trails for legal teams.

  • We source neuro-specialist MDTs, therapeutic education placements and vocational pathways that reflect statutory objectives.

  • Preparation for SEND Tribunal, CHC reviews and LA appeals — evidence briefs, witness statements and process management.
